PROCESSING TIME

Flashly.com is closed on weekends and major holidays. Please allow 1 business day (excluding weekends) processing time for your order to be shipped. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. 

During holidays or promotions like Black Friday or Cyber Monday, orders may need increased processing time due to a higher order volume. Although rare, we may experience warehouse closures due to severe weather. In this case, there may be a delay in order processing. 

Our warehouse will be closed on the following days:  

• New Year's Day
• President's Day
• Memorial Day
• Juneteenth
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

Domestic Shipping Costs:

Standard (Ground shipping) for orders above $29 - FREE

Standard (Ground shipping) for orders under $29 - $5

Expedited (2day shipping) - $14

Domestic Shipping Policies:

Standard Shipping: Please allow 2 to 7 business days for your order to arrive. Orders placed Monday through Friday prior to 2PM will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or an observed holiday will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Expedited Shipping: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to arrive. Orders placed during business days must be received by 2PM PST to ship the same day. Otherwise, expedited orders will ship the following business day.

Shipping Confirmation: A shipping order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at time of order (If you do not see a confirmation within 30 minutes, please check your SPAM folder). Additionally, you will receive another email with your carrier name and tracking number.

Free Shipping Promotion: Standard shipping is FREE for orders of $30 or more before tax.
